Instead of taking the same route for your jogging time, try a different route every day. So, if you jog in the park one day, try jogging around your neighborhood the next. When different routes are taken, you will find that your expectations and the scenery will change. You could even try running on the treadmill one day and jogging the next day outside. These ideas will make your daily jog more interesting.
Different Exercises
