I wasn’t a contestant on a reality show. I did not try to get on the show to win a prize Most of them required a person to be in good health and that was not for me. If I was to pick one show to be ion, it would be the Biggest Loser. I was dealing with a severe weight problem. Because of my weight I had diabetes, high blood pressure and joint pain. I might not have been a contestant on a reality show, but that didn’t mean I couldn’t lose the weight.

All the signs point to the same thing. You’re overweight. No one else can take care of this problem except yourself.

I Hate The Way I Look

I think I finally hit rock bottom. I had to take an airplane trip on my latest vactation. The people at the ticket counter told me that if I wanted to board the plane, I needed to purchase a second ticket due to my girth. Without the second ticket, the plane would leave without me. It didn’t seem right to me, but I was in no position to argue. So I gave them the money and called the airline a bunch of names under my breath. I can’t help it if their seats are too small.

Regular Overweight Versus Obese

Our nation has more people who are obese than those who are just overweight. This is something that has been reported by experts. But what does that mean? Overweight is having extra body weight from muscle, bone, fat, and/or water. Obesity is having a high amount of extra body fat.
